In this role you will:

• Safely and effectively operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high‑speed packaging and processing equipment to produce company products.
• Meet all safety expectations, wear required personal protective equipment, and follow all safe practices.
• Work in a team environment, flow with the work, and assist others when needed.
• Collect and analyze data using applied math skills.
• Operate a computer keyboard to input and access data.
• Perform basic and routine maintenance activities.
• Use basic hand and power tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, and drills.
• Safely operate tow motor and maintain proper training requirements.
• Perform other duties within skill capability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous work experience in a food manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
• Good attendance record and ability to comply with attendance policy.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to work an 8‑hour shift on a 7‑day schedule per week.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and performing all sanitation duties.
• Able to perform basic and routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and lift objects up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Physical capability to climb, stand, bend, twist, and move around stairs, ladders, and platforms.
• Self‑directed worker who can solve problems and collaborate with a team.
• Strong reading, comprehension, and documentation skills (equipment manuals, SOPs, policies).
• Qualified candidates must pass an applied math and a technical aptitude test.
