Job summary

The J.M. Smucker Company in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the permanent third shift (11:00 pm – 7:30 am, Sun-Thu, rotation possible).

You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot production equipment, and support safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced facility. • High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical Degree or Experience with electrical or mechanical systems – Preferred.
• Ability to work weekends as needed is a must.
• Operate safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and document results.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive maintenance and repair for production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, control circuits and PLC components.
• Operate a forklift and use shop tools safely.
• Order parts, assist with upgrades and contribute to continuous improvement.
