Thrive Freeze Dry in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician to work with the most advanced freeze dry technology. This role supports production by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment while prioritizing food safety and quality.

You should have a high school diploma, 4+ years of manufacturing experience, and hands-on skills with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical systems, and ammonia/refrigeration.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma/GED and mechanical inclination.
• Associates in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance desirable.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some ammonia/refrigeration and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and perform scheduled maintenance on production equipment.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders for maintenance services.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic carpentry, plumbing tasks as needed.
• Use hand tools, meters, and equipment; ensure safety and cleanliness.
