Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of warehousing, material handling, and machining experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read instructions and perform basic math computations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily plant operations and staff.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and OSHA compliance in all tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections and report issues.
• Provide coaching and feedback for staff development.
