Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. is seeking an experienced 3rd shift Manufacturing Team Lead to mentor Operators and actively perform production tasks in a fast-paced, cGMP-regulated environment.

You will operate critical equipment, ensure quality and safety compliance, and drive production objectives while troubleshooting issues and supporting team development. In this hands-on leadership role, you will review batch records, complete SAP postings, and provide technical guidance to the team.

Formación

• High School Diploma, Trade/Vocational or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or related material-handling certification.
• Minimum five (5) years of manufacturing experience in a primary pharmaceutical process.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid knowledge of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and procedures.
• Strong computer proficiency including SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic English proficiency (CEFR A2).

Responsabilidades

• Operate equipment across primary manufacturing process: Glatt Fluid Bed, Granulation, Blending, Tablet Compression, Coating, Imprinting, Banding, Encapsulation.
• Perform machine setup, changeovers, cleaning, and adjustments.
• Conduct line clearances and review Batch Production Records (BPRs).
• Complete SAP transactions after batch completion.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues to maximize efficiency.
