Responsibilities

• Perform prep duties: grinding, sanding, cleaning, coating, and masking parts.
• Transport, stage, and move materials to support finishing operations.
• Prepare and paint parts using orbital/dual action sanders, pneumatic grinders, and spray guns.
• Ensure substrates meet customer specifications.
• Mix paints with correct ratios of hardeners and thinners.
• Clean and maintain painting equipment and work area.
