Remedy Staffing in Carlisle, IA is seeking a 3rd Shift Industrial Painter for a temporary-to-hire role. You will prime and paint parts, maintain the paint booth, and perform routine equipment maintenance.

The position requires 12 months of industrial painting experience, ability to pass respirator fit tests, operate sprayers, and lift up to 75 lbs. Evening hours with a stable on-site schedule and potential for permanent placement.

Competenze

• Minimum 12 months of industrial painting experience.
• Must pass a medical qualification and respirator fit test.
• Must be able to wear a respirator and work in a paint booth.
• Ability to use hand- and power-tools; lift up to 75 lbs.

Mansioni

• Prime and apply paint per AISC specs on various parts.
• When not painting, assist in the shop with drilling, grinding, or other tasks.
• Perform daily maintenance routines on paint equipment.
• Identify and mask areas not to be painted; use proper application procedures.
• Inspect ongoing paint jobs for runs or missed areas; ensure quality.
• Clean paint booth, lights, and replace filters; organize paint room.
• Coordinate flow of materials and complete required paperwork; conduct quality checks.
