Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a production/operator to set up, run, and maintain manufacturing equipment for paint and coatings. You will mix liquids, monitor batch quality, and maintain a safe work environment on the 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am).

Responsibilities include operating HSDs and pumps, prebatching, recording production data, and collaborating with departments to meet production orders. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; bonuses may apply based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Operate paint-making control systems and equipment safely and efficiently
• Prebatch and inspect tickets and monitor batch to ensure proper grind
• Measure tanks for yield and monitor raw materials quality
• Keep production records and logs, report breakdowns promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time
