Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a manufacturing team member to pre-batch and blend raw materials into industrial/architectural colorants. You will operate high‑speed mixers and associated equipment with attention to safety and quality, maintaining records and collaborating to meet production deadlines.

The role involves handling heavy machinery, following detailed instructions, and participating in a robust benefits program and performance bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in batching and blending raw materials.
• Experience with high-speed mixers and paint-making systems.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work 2nd shift and lift/move materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Select, pull, measure, and stage raw materials for manufacturing.
• Follow batch slips to mix ingredients in high‑speed mixers.
• Make lab adjustments and maintain raw material samples.
• Operate paint‑making control systems and related equipment.
• Monitor materials and finished goods for quality.
• Keep logs, report breakdowns, and maintain production records.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete orders on time.
