Job summary

Ideal Tridon in Smyrna, TN is seeking a Packaging Operator for the 3rd shift to hand pack and ensure safe, accurate packaging of our products. The position offers hourly pay ranging from $17.25 to $17.54 with a $1.10 shift differential.

You will inspect products, record production data, and collaborate with the production team to meet targets. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, attention to detail, teamwork, basic math, and knowledge of safety protocols.
