Job summary

Ideal Tridon is seeking a Roll Mill Operator for the 3rd shift at our Smyrna, TN plant. The role involves operating a Roll Mill, ensuring product quality, and following safety protocols in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting with potential overtime, weekend work, and a $25.00 hourly pay rate.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and Hi-Lo Certification is preferred. Two years of manufacturing experience and reliable transportation are required to be considered

Qualifications

• Hi-Lo certification preferred; training provided if needed.
• Minimum two years of manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Roll Mill per procedures.
• Maintain product quality and dimensional integrity during runs.
• Adjust machine settings for profile/material changes.
• Use CNC/controls to select positions and safety operations.
• Assist in training other team members on operation.
• Coordinate with supervisor and work flexible hours, including weekends.
