Job summary

Ideal Tridon is seeking a Roll Mill Operator on the 3rd shift at the Smyrna, TN plant. Work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting handling machines, parts, and packing materials.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating Roll Mill, ensuring product quality, and assisting with operator training. Schedule Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am; hourly pay $25.00.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, 2 years manufacturing experience, and ability to pass drug screening.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hi-Lo Certification preferred; training and certification will be provided.
• Minimum 2 years of solid manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Roll Mill per procedures.
• Maintain quality and dimensional integrity during production.
• Assist with training other team members and NC programming as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and be able to work overtime including nights and weekends.
