Job summary

Oberto Snacks, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Operator 3 for the 3rd shift in Kent, WA. The role focuses on operating packaging machines, maintaining quality, and directing line personnel to meet production goals.

Expect adherence to TPM, QA checks, and ongoing safety compliance in a fast-paced environment. The position is onsite in Kent with a wage range of $28.00 to $29.00 per hour, plus a $1 shift differential for 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Lock-Out Tag-Out Certified (OJT).
• 6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Pallet jack experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HACCP (OJT).
• SQF preferred.
• Understanding GMPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to meet quality standards and line efficiency.
• Set up workstations for efficient packaging.
• Direct other line workers and assist on other lines as needed.
• Perform hourly quality checks and adjust machines for optimal performance.
• Maintain records and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and train new personnel.
