Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator for the 3rd shift to safely operate snack packaging equipment and lead on the packaging line. You will help maximize production while minimizing waste, maintaining quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to read schedules, and the physical capability to lift 40+ pounds repeatedly. Overtime and varying schedules are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to safely operate packaging and production equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine setups and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to provide leadership and direction to production team members.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, carry, and move materials.
• Willingness to work varying schedules and mandatory overtime.

Responsabilités

• Operate packaging equipment to support continuous snack production.
• Review production schedules and plan material and equipment needs.
• Monitor packaging codes, dates, and pricing to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain adequate supplies of packaging materials and ensure film and seals meet standards.
• Perform setups, startups, shutdowns, sanitation and product changeovers.
• Plan and execute efficient changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Lead and coordinate with Packers and other production staff.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the shift.
