Job summary

Wellness Pet Company is hiring a Production Operator I for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM) at our Decatur, AR manufacturing plant. You will set up, operate, and disassemble processing equipment, follow GMPs, and ensure first-time right production.

This entry-level role emphasizes learning packaging systems and conveying equipment, maintaining cleanliness, following SOPs, and performing basic quality checks.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position requiring limited or no prior experience.
• Ability to lift 35–50 pounds and work on a fast-paced production line.
• Follows GMPs and SOPs to ensure product quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and disassemble processing equipment according to SOPs and GMPs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Monitor product quality and document checks and logs.
• Maintain clean and organized work area per sanitation SOPs.
• Assist with line changeovers and packaging operations.
