Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and disassemble meat room equipment per SOPs and GMPs.
• Dump meat slurry into hopper to maintain production run.
• Start up and monitor meat room equipment according to production schedule.
• Disassemble and clean meat room equipment per sanitation SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the meat room throughout shift.
• Report issues with product or equipment to supervisor and troubleshoot as needed.
