Wellness Pet Company in Decatur AR manufactures premium pet food at our Decatur AR plant. The Production Operator will set up, operate, and troubleshoot processing equipment in a GMP environment, ensuring on-time production and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with packaging systems and conveying equipment.
• Production/manufacturing experience, preferably in food or beverage.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and disassemble processing equipment per SOPs and GMPs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform in-process quality checks.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the production area.
• Monitor production schedule and adjust equipment for run changes.
• Complete logs and records in the designated production system.
• Perform and document changeovers and line clearances.
