Job summary

Pure’s is seeking an experienced packaging floor supervisor to lead shift operations, direct the shift supervisor, and ensure procedures, schedules, and attendance are followed while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires coordinating with management to maximize production efficiency and coaching staff for high performance.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, documenting downtime, and enforcing FDA guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience directing employees and operating equipment.
• Understanding of safety, quality, and food-safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift supervision and ensure procedures, rotations, and schedules are followed.
• Coordinate with management to maximize production efficiency.
• Track employee performance and apply disciplinary actions as needed.
• Train and coach operators to maintain high efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Maintain packaging equipment in operable condition.
• Ensure food safety and follow quality guidelines.
• Document downtime and lost efficiency.
• Communicate cross-functional shift activities daily.
• Support continuous improvement and review quality control documents.
