Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate for the 3rd shift in Indiana (Argos). The role involves proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading/moving material, and operating packaging equipment in a production environment.

Hours are 11pm–7:30am, Sunday through Thursday with overtime rotated on weekends. The environment is loud with PPE required and adherence to GMP policies to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience is required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Works well with others and demonstrates a One Team Cross Functional attitude.
• Operates a designated line safely and efficiently.
• Performs hourly inspections and follows GMP policy.
• Monitors conveyors and clears bottle jams.
• Packs and packages product per customer requirements.
• Keeps work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Duties may differ by plant based on equipment.
