Responsibilities include maintaining safety and quality, correcting labeling and documentation, handling scrap and rework, and performing duties as assigned. On-site role with competitive benefits and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and standard work instructions.
• Basic math skills and basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and write English; understand safety and quality instructions.
• Flexibility to work overtime.
• No written disciplinary action within specified recent periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines and equipment to maintain flow of product.
• Maintain a safe work environment, following 6S principles.
• Ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Fill out documentation and labels accurately.
• Handle scrap, rework, and mixed product appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
