Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Shelbyville, KY, is seeking a Pack Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:30pm). This on-site role involves operating, changing over, adjusting, troubleshooting, and cleaning machines to maintain a smooth product flow and meet service level goals.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, basic tools and gauges knowledge, blueprint reading skills, and basic math/computer abilities. OT flexibility and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to use and operate basic tools, equipment, & gauges.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and standard work instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines to maintain product flow.
• Maintain a safe work environment, 6S principles.
• Ensure products meet specifications and QA on FPI.
• Fill out documentation and labels.
• Handle scrap, rework, and mixed product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
