Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate across cross-functional departments.
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow HACCP program and GMP/SQF guidelines.
• Operate the oven and manage smokehouse scheduling.
• Maintain HACCP records and cross-training.
• Perform daily oven checks and temperature verifications.
• Train new and existing employees and enforce safety policies.
