Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee a department, drive continuous improvement, and sustain lean practices on the shop floor. You will coach staff, ensure safety, and align daily work with business strategy to deliver quality products on time.

You will partner with quality, service, and engineering teams to address defects, root causes, and process enhancements while maintaining ISO 9000 standards and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and develop teams in a manufacturing/operations setting.
• Experience in kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven track record of improving processes and eliminating waste.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an assigned department to meet operational objectives.
