Qualifications

• Minimum of four years supervisory experience in an operations environment or equivalent leadership role with proven results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead a diverse team.
• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing principles and ISO quality systems fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the assigned department to meet safety, quality, reliability, cost, and morale goals.
• Facilitate kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
• Motivate and develop employees; enforce standardized work and performance expectations.
• Set takt-time, ensure one-piece-flow, and align production to customer demand.
• Partner with quality teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide timely recognition and feedback, including performance reviews.
• Ensure on-time delivery of quality products and a safe work environment.
• Prioritize shop floor activities to maximize value-added time and minimize waste.
• Staffing and development: select, train, and grow team members.
