Job summary

Xylem is seeking an Operations Foreperson to identify process gaps, establish and execute training, and monitor adherence across the shift. You will support shift supervisors with ERP transactions, hour-by-hour analysis, and downtime mitigation to ensure process accuracy.

You will collaborate with Quality, Production Control and Safety teams, driving daily improvements and maintaining documentation, while being flexible for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing, logistics, CI or manufacturing engineering experience.
• PM certificate a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify process gaps and training needs; establish and execute training programs.
• Support shift supervisors with ERP transactions and hour-by-hour/downtime analysis.
• Develop processes, documentation, and training signoffs; monitor adherence.
• Analyze KPI results to drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Inventory.
• Coach and time study, conduct layered audits; collaborate cross-functionally on problem solving.
