Job summary

Hendrickson in Hebron, OH, seeks a Production Coordinator to lead hourly and contract staff, align daily staffing with the production plan, and drive continuous safety and efficiency improvements in a manufacturing environment.

You will organize shift meetings, track performance, maintain 5S standards, and ensure training and tools are available. Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills are essential to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Results-oriented with analytical and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, projects, and activities.
• Computer literate using Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule Employee's work assignments to achieve established production goals and productivity objectives.
• Ensure Employees in the production department attend safety training and follow PPE rules.
• Maintain 5S initiatives within the assigned production areas.
• Lead daily shift meetings to communicate safety, quality, and production expectations.
• Prepare and review reports to inform supervisors about daily production plans and delivery performance.
• Drive issue resolution to optimize tooling, materials, processes, and equipment for safety and quality.
