Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Wisconsin is seeking an NLEA Operator for the 3rd shift to ensure labeling accuracy and food safety. You will monitor labeling systems, run metal detectors, perform weight checks, and maintain production records to ensure pizzas meet specifications.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating labeling/metal-detection equipment, inspecting products, and supporting teammates while maintaining GMPs and safety standards. 401(k) and adoption assistance are offered.

Qualifications

• Follow detailed procedures with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn production software and manufacturing equipment.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based manufacturing environment.
• Basic English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently, stand, bend and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts in hot and cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Verify pizzas have correct nutritional labels, are readable and applied.
• Perform routine metal detector tests to ensure safety standards.
• Conduct product weight audits using computerized systems.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and tear down labeling and metal detection equipment.
• Inspect products for quality issues and document damaged pizzas.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Assist team members and support other departments as needed.
• Keep work areas, equipment and tools clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow GMPs and food safety requirements and workplace safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
