Job summary

Danfoss Hydraulics Division in Van Wert, Ohio is seeking a 3rd shift Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment. The role includes developing PM procedures and performing scheduled tasks, as well as handling equipment moves and utilities installations for planned events.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, 4+ years in industrial maintenance, strong reading of electrical/hydraulic/mechanical blueprints, TPM understanding,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four years’ documented industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to read electrical, hydraulic and mechanical blueprints and job instructions.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Notepad) to operate maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic and mechanical blueprints and instructions.
• Move between work areas to meet delivery and productivity goals.
• Promote teamwork and a safe, compliant work environment.
• Protect self and others; attend safety trainings and follow procedures.
• Use powered hand tools, welding, cutting and grinding to complete repairs.
