Job summary

Kohler Co. is hiring a Molding Operator for the Casa Grande, AZ facility on the 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:30am). The role involves inspecting, lifting, packaging Vikrell products like bathtubs and shower components, and maintaining 5S standards while supporting safety and teamwork.

Competitive pay starts at $23/hour with a $1.50/hour shift differential. Ideal candidates will be able to work 8-hour shifts, pass screenings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives at the site.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Ensure automated cut-and-stack robot removes SMC from storage and stacks correctly.
• Remove molded SMC parts from press within set time parameters.
• Assist in cleaning mold cavities and deflashing as needed.
• Package parts and assemble packaging components per directions.
• Transport defective parts to rework area and document as required.
• Complete and maintain training on SOPs/LOPs and safety procedures.
• Perform 5S housekeeping activities and follow plant safety policies.
