Kohler Co. in Casa Grande, AZ is hiring a Molding Operator for the Vikrell production line. You will operate automated equipment, inspect parts, and perform packaging and 5S housekeeping on 8-hour shifts.

The role requires lifting up to 35 pounds, adherence to safety policies, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment. The position offers onsite work, competitive hourly pay starting at $23 with a 0.90 per hour differential, and benefits that begin Day 1.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow SOPs and safety policies.
• Must be able to work 8-hour shifts standing and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and adapt to production needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding/robotic systems to cut, stack, and package Vikrell parts.
• Inspect quality and handle defective parts for rework or scrap.
• Assist in cleaning, 5S housekeeping, and packaging activities.
• Complete required training on SOPs/LOPs and safety procedures.
