Job summary

Kohler Co. in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Molding Operator for the 3rd shift to support Vikrell product lines, including handling, inspection, packaging, and 5S housekeeping.

You will operate an automated cutting/stacking system, ensure safe lifting, and collaborate with a team to maintain quality standards. Candidates should be able to work 8-hour shifts, pass a drug screen and background check, and be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Ensure automated cut-and-stack robot correctly removes Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) and stacks parts.
• Remove molded SMC parts from the press within set time parameters.
• Assist in cleaning the mold cavity as needed.
• Perform deflashing of molded parts and position them for transport to the next step.
• Move defective parts to rework and document as required.
• Assemble cartons and their components for packaging.
• Assist in packaging parts and packaging accessories as directed by leadership.
• Follow all safety, housekeeping and 5S duties on every shift.
