Job summary

Elkhart is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10:00pm–6:00am) in Bristol, Indiana. You will operate molding equipment to produce parts efficiently and with quality adherence, while following ISO-related training.

Responsibilities include reviewing setup sheets, maintaining equipment, staging finished parts, and meeting production targets. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a $1.00 shift premium.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate molding equipment to produce products meeting efficiency and quality standards
• Review setup sheets before starting a job
• Maintain molding equipment
• Stage products after molding and move to staging locations
• Complete projects by due date
• Meet or exceed training requirements and production targets
• Use oven controls, overhead crane, hand and power tools, pallet jack, and open flame as required
• Inspect products for conformance to quality standards
