Job summary

Micron Products, Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Molding & Assembly Lead in Fitchburg, MA to coordinate operators and assemblers on the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift, ensure safety, quality, and on-time production, and mentor staff in molding and contract assembly.

This hands-on leadership role requires experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing, ISO 13485, GDP/cGDP, IQMS/DELMIAWorks, and a track record of training and improving processes while maintaining documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in molding/assembly environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and GDP/cGDP documentation.
• Ability to read work instructions and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3rd shift molding and contract assembly operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Coordinate operators and assemblers to machines, cells, and workstations.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to operators and trainees.
• Support root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
