Job summary

Micron Solutions is seeking a 3rd Shift Medical Device Process Technician in Fitchburg, MA. The role focuses on setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining injection molding processes for medical device components in a regulated environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in injection molding, experience with automation and robotics, and proficiency with IQMS/ERP systems. Shift: 11:00pm–7:00am; competitive pay with benefits and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of hands-on injection molding processing experience.
Experience in medical device manufacturing.
Experience in ISO 13485 environments.
Strong troubleshooting across molding, robotics, and automation.

Responsibilities

Set up and start injection molding machines per production schedules and approved parameters.
Maintain and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment for production.
Troubleshoot molding machines, robotic systems, and automation to minimize downtime.
Monitor performance, cycle times, and product quality; document results.
Support line clearances, process logs, and IQMS/ERP data entry.
