Job summary

AptarGroup, Inc. is looking for a Mechanic for the 3rd Shift. The successful candidate will maintain electrical and electro-mechanical production machinery, ensuring proper operation within set specifications.

Responsibilities include performing Operator functions, assisting with tools changeovers, and maintaining documentation in SAP. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with mechanical skills, basic troubleshooting, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the shift.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, bend and stoop continuously.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintains electrical and electro-mechanical production machinery.
• Performs functions of Operator and/or Material Handler.
• Assists with parts and tooling changeovers.
• Responsible for product safety and quality of goods.
