The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of electro-mechanical automation experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of electro-mechanical automation system installation and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Basic PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Computer proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work all shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform equipment installations and conversions.
• Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.
