Job summary

High Concrete Group LLC seeks a Lead Person for the 3rd Shift Material Handling crew in Denver, PA. You’ll plan daily work, direct a crew, and ensure shipping schedules meet budgets and quality standards.

Requirements include concrete construction experience, 1–3 years precast, CDL A license, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to read blueprints. Shift is Monday–Friday, start time 3:00 AM, outdoors year-round.

Qualifications

• Concrete/construction experience preferred.
• 1–3 years precast/pre-stress experience preferred.
• CDL A license required.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work within policies.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Outdoor work year-round required.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily work and coordinate shipping schedules.
• Direct and train the Material Handling crew.
• Ensure on-time shipping within budget and quality standards.
• Maintain safety and quality standards across operations.
