Job summary

High Concrete Group LLC in Denver, PA is seeking a Leadperson for our 2nd Shift Material Handling crew. This full-time position runs Sunday through Thursday, starting at 3:00 PM, and leads daily planning, directs a team, and ensures safe, efficient material handling and workflow.

The Leadperson will train staff, monitor performance, coordinate logistics, and enforce quality standards to keep production on schedule in our precast concrete operations.

Qualifications
