High Concrete Group LLC in Denver, PA seeks a Leadperson for the 1st Shift Material Handling crew, Monday–Friday, start 6:00 AM. Responsibilities include daily planning, directing, training, and ensuring on-time shipping within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

CDL A required; 1–3 years precast experience preferred. The role emphasizes team leadership, proactive problem solving, and adherence to blueprints, with outdoor work year-round.

Qualifications

• Concrete/construction experience preferred.
• 1-3 years precast / pre-stress industry preferred.
• CDL A license required.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work with company policies.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily shipping/production activities and direct the material handling crew.
• Meet shipping schedules within budget and safety/quality standards.
• Train and develop coworkers; supervise assigned area.
• Direct a crew to achieve quality and production targets.
• Plan and coordinate tasks to maximize shipping efficiency.
• Assign trailers for shipping as needed and preplan loading.
• Interact with all levels to achieve company goals.
• Work outside year round.
