You will operate powered industrial trucks, pick orders, receive vendor shipments, and maintain accurate inventory using scanners. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a cool environment, and occasional overtime on weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or strongly preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; certification provided if needed.
• Ability to work in a cool, refrigerated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move, load, unload, and stack materials.
• Pick and stack customer orders and receive vendor shipments accurately and safely.
• Maintain precise inventory records using handheld scanners and internal systems.
• Ensure proper stacking patterns and pallet configurations to meet quality and safety standards.
• Keep workspaces clean and organized through housekeeping duties.
• Uphold and follow Food Safety and Quality policies at all times.
• Work overtime and weekends as required.
