Actalent is seeking a Manufacturing Technician on 3rd shift in Frederick, MD to support assembly and fill/finish operations. The role involves working in both standard production areas and cleanrooms, adhering to GMP, ISO, and FDA standards while following SOPs and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years in manufacturing, warehouse, or cleanroom environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication for team interaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Capability to safely operate filling equipment and pallet jacks.
• Familiarity with GMP/ISO/FDA environments and SOP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work individually or in a team to ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Coordinate daily production activities with multiple work groups.
• Perform assembly and production tasks in standard and cleanroom environments with proper PPE.
• Safely operate filling equipment per SOPs.
• Move materials with pallet jacks within the facility.
• Handle temperature-sensitive materials, including cold storage operations.
• Adhere to GMP, ISO, FDA standards and maintain documentation.
• Complete required training and apply it to daily work.
