Job summary

HOERBIGER Automatisierungstechnik Holding GmbH is seeking a Team Leader for the 3rd shift (10:00 pm – 6:00 am) to ensure smooth manufacturing floor operations. You will lead a team, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and foster a collaborative environment while guiding continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include resolving operational issues, monitoring processes, enforcing procedures, and providing training and performance feedback to staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with 5S, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or similar.
• Ability to use measurement tools like micrometers and calipers or willingness to learn.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong leadership with experience leading teams in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor production processes and adjust for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with procedures to reduce errors.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
• Enforce quality control to meet specifications.
• Conduct performance reviews and support staffing, training, and safety.
