Job summary

HOERBIGER Automatisierungstechnik Holding GmbH in Delray Beach, FL seeks a Team Leader for the 2nd shift (2:00 pm–10:00 pm) to guide a manufacturing team and ensure smooth floor operations.

You will drive safety, quality, and productivity, monitor processes, resolve issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives, while training and guiding staff.

Strong leadership, experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma, and fluency in English are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Experience in 5S, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Strong leadership with experience leading teams in manufacturing.
English language proficiency and ability to present to groups.

Responsibilities

Oversee manufacturing floor operations and lead a team on 2nd shift.
Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions.
Monitor production processes and optimize efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and procedures.
Conduct performance reviews and provide training and coaching.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
