Collins Aerospace, located in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor for 3rd shift. The role leads two buildings, oversees ~30 production employees, and drives safety, quality, and productivity on a nightly shift.

Responsibilities include daily work assignment, performance coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and quality teams. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, and U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to program information.

Responsibilities

• Supervise third shift manufacturing operations across two buildings, ensuring safety and on-schedule production.
• Lead and develop a team of ~30 production employees, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign daily work to meet production schedules and operational needs.
• Monitor performance, attendance, and compliance with policies, safety standards, and handbook guidelines.
• Conduct performance management activities, including coaching and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and manufacturing procedures.
