Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Santa Isabel, PR. You will lead two production buildings, guide a 30-person team, and ensure safe, on-time production while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience, plus 2 years in a similar field. Must be fluent in English and Spanish and be a U.S. citizen. Relocation is not offered, onsite in Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Fluent English and Spanish communications (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required to access program/contract information.

Responsibilities

• Supervise third shift manufacturing operations across two buildings, ensuring safety, efficiency and schedules.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of about 30 production employees with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Plan, prioritize and assign daily work to meet production schedules and requirements.
• Monitor performance, attendance, and adherence to policies, safety standards and handbooks.
• Conduct performance management, including coaching, corrective actions and discipline when needed.
• Ensure safety, quality, environmental and manufacturing procedures are followed.
• Coordinate staffing and workload to maximize productivity and minimize interruptions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, HR and Operations to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Monitor metrics, prepare shift reports and implement corrective actions to boost performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, productivity and employee engagement.
