Job summary

IPG is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead production in our operations team in Corona, CA. You will supervise hourly staff, coordinate daily plans, ensure the safe operation of equipment, and meet production and quality goals.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, has at least 2 years in manufacturing, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus
