The position requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and operate with a forklift license. Overtime, weekend shifts, and documentation tasks are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Possess or obtain a forklift license.
• Ability to use measuring instruments.
• Basic math skills required.
• Experience interfacing with PLC systems.
• Troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
• Overtime may be required on weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate designated production equipment efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Document production logs and product details.
• Record material consumption for finished goods.
• Complete required documentation (BOM, Lot Traceability).
• Report any quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide data to disposition nonconforming material.
• Assign lot numbers for traceability.
• Ensure operations comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
