Job summary

Graver Technologies LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Shift Manufacturing Operator to support the production of filtration products in our Glasgow, DE plant. This role focuses on efficient operation of designated equipment and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include documenting logs, material consumption, and lot traceability, while ensuring quality and compliance with ISO 9001:2015. Training and overtime may be required. Earn $17/hr with a $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand specifications.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Possess or have the ability to obtain a forklift license.
• Ability to use various measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Computer literate/able to use PLC interface.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Understand and follow all safety procedures.
• Perform and document production logs and products.
• Document and report raw material consumption for all finished good product.
• Complete all required documentation that relate to product produced (BOM, Lot Traceability, etc).
• Communicate any quality issues to appropriate personnel.
• Provide data to help disposition nonconforming material.
• Assign lot numbers for material traceability.
• Ensure all operations conform to ISO 9001:2015 standards.

We are seeking Shift Manufacturing Operators to work in our plant to support the manufacturing of our filtration products.

Compensation for the role is $17.00/hour + $1.00 shift differential. 2nd Shift Hours are Monday through Friday: 2:00PM-10:30PM.
