Job summary

Graver Technologies LLC, part of Marmon Water and Berkshire Hathaway, seeks a 2nd shift Manufacturing Operator to support production of filtration products in Glasgow, DE. Pay is $17.00/hour plus a $1.00 shift differential. Hours: Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, with overtime possible.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and traceability per ISO 9001:2015. Responsibilities include operating production equipment, maintaining logs, reporting material usage, and ensuring proper lot numbering for

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand specifications.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.
• Ability to stand all of shift.
• Possess or have the ability to obtain a forklift license.
• Ability to use various measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Computer literate/able to use PLC interface.
• Manufacturing equipment troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Ability to work overtime periodically (all shifts), including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Understand and follow all safety procedures.
• Perform and document production logs and products.
• Document and report raw material consumption for all finished goods.
• Complete all required documentation related to produced products (e.g., BOM, Lot Traceability).
• Communicate any quality issues to appropriate personnel.
• Provide data to disposition nonconforming material.
• Assign lot numbers for material traceability.
• Ensure operations conform to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
