Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an Operator to operate various machinery in a manufacturing setting. The role ensures quality and quantity of products by following SOPs and GMPs. Shift: 3rd shift. Positions available: Blending Operator, Compression Operator and Encapsulation Operator.

Responsibilities include matching batch labels, troubleshooting machines, loading and setting up equipment, and maintaining precise documentation. Overtime and exposure to powders/allergens may occur.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years factory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to follow safety procedures and read simple instructions in English.
• Ability to utilize basic digital devices such as computers and iPads.

Responsibilities

• Match labels with batch records to ensure accuracy.
• Troubleshoot common machine faults and perform routine maintenance.
• Load, unload, set up, clean, adjust and disassemble machinery as needed.
• Maintain documentation with attention to details and measurements.
• Follow GMP and SOP standards and contribute to a clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
